Laboratory Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead daily laboratory operations, balancing people, equipment, schedules, and priorities to meet
• Work hands-on alongside the team to support cell-based assays, high-content imaging
• Coach and develop laboratory staff through clear expectations, technical guidance, training
• Forecast workload and resource needs; coordinate coverage and adjust priorities to maintain
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with approved procedures, quality requirements, client
• Maintain strong document and data controls, including SOPs, batch records, study data, client

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience; master’s degree with 4 years; or Ph.D. with
• At least 3 years of direct experience with cell-based toxicology assays in a contract research
• Demonstrated experience leading laboratory operations and scientific teams, including workload
• Experience leading client projects or contract research services from planning through execution
• Experience developing, validating, or transferring bioanalytical methods in accordance with
• Proven ability to lead laboratory troubleshooting, process improvement, and method or portfolio
