Ensure a safe work environment exists for self and all staff
Assist in the daily management of the Laboratory and ensure timely and quality analysis of samples
Act as a relieve supervisor as and when required
Maintain detailed and accurate records pertaining to sample submission, sample preparation process
Operating instruments in relevant department: ICP-MS/OES, MP-AES, AAS
Maintaining all areas of the laboratory including specific procedures

🎯 Requirements

Professional qualifications in chemistry or related discipline
Experience in laboratory work, sample preparation and chemical knowledge
Basic understanding of computer applications
Understanding of acid extraction methods and recognition of sample types
Understanding analytical procedures
Understanding of fire assay operation and laboratory techniques
