• Perform sample preparation and extraction following SGS-approved SOPs.
• Report any equipment or instrumentation failures to senior staff.
• Maintain organized, auditable laboratory records.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently to support operational output.
• Maintain a safe working environment, following Health & Safety protocols.

• Experience in working with food and fast paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Good organisational skills to maintain records and compliance.
• Proactive approach to learning and development.
• No previous lab experience or degree required.
• Ideal candidate from food process driven background such as fast food restaurants or food
