Laboratory Technician I - Organic Prep (Tu- Sa, 1pm - 10pm)

📋 Description

• Receive, retrieve, and prepare water, soil and aquatic tissue samples
• Evaluate workload and prioritize samples based on holding times and due dates
• Document sample preparation details, observations, and results accurately
• Prepare reagents and standards for daily use
• Maintain laboratory equipment
• Perform routine laboratory duties while following environmental health and safety policies

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and handle laboratory samples and materials as required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
