  • Perform microbiological testing of food products using approved methodologies.
  • Execute rapid microbiological methods (RMM), including automated microbial detection systems and
  • Prepare media, reagents, and samples according to SOPs and compendial requirements.
  • Conduct routine laboratory activities including sample receipt, processing, incubation, result
  • Maintain accurate laboratory documentation in accordance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a
  • 0-3 years of laboratory experience in microbiology, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, medical
  • Basic understanding of aseptic technique and microbiological laboratory practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
