📋 Description

Lead the labor crew on stream restoration and stormwater projects
Coordinate daily activities with the Project Superintendent
Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and per plans
Weekly travel across the Southeast with overnight stays Mon–Fri
Hands-on field work alongside crew members
Maintain equipment, tools, and PPE for jobsite safety

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in construction, environmental or stream restoration
Experience leading field labor crews
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Experience installing erosion and sediment control measures
Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction drawings
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
