Land Development & Due Diligence Lead

📋 Description

• Own technical evaluation and readiness of potential development sites.
• Lead multidisciplinary diligence efforts and coordinate external partners.
• Provide strategic recommendations to support investment and site selection decisions.
• Lead geotechnical reviews, soils analysis, title/ALTA surveys, mineral rights assessments, and site
• Assess permitting, entitlements, environmental and regulatory considerations.
• Oversee permitting strategies aligned with timelines and agency requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in land development, civil/environmental engineering, real estate development, or data
• Strong understanding of permitting, entitlement processes, regulatory frameworks, AHJs.
• Experience leading technical reviews involving civil, environmental, geotechnical, or site
• Proven ability to manage consultants, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong project management with coordinating multi-disciplinary initiatives.
• Ability to interpret engineering reports, feasibility studies, and technical docs.
