📋 Description

• Lead land acquisition and property evaluation for restoration projects.
• Manage landowner relationships and negotiate complex transactions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, valuation, and due diligence through closing.
• Draft contracts and coordinate closing with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Legal, Operations, and Sales.
• Maintain clear documentation and align land strategies with project goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or environmental studies.
• 3+ years in land acquisition, real estate, or land/real estate sales.
• Experience with Google Earth and GIS tools.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Familiarity with online county property records, title defects, and due diligence.
