📋 Description

• Support land acquisition and property research for restoration projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure land assets with internal teams.
• Learn business, legal, and environmental factors shaping strategy.
• Western NC and parts of Eastern Tennessee; remote/NC office options.
• Assist online research, field visits, and owner communications.
• Understand RES land model and how land supports mitigation and stewardship.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., environmental studies, real estate).
• 1+ year in land acquisition, real estate, or sales (preferred).
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Strong internet research skills and ability to learn property records systems.
• Willingness to learn Google Earth, GIS tools, and RES platforms.
• Basic knowledge of land valuation principles and real estate terminology.
