Land Specialist

📋 Description

• Secures land rights for FEL 0–3 development.
• Owns land workstream: define needs, engage owners, negotiate leases.
• Maintains site control per interconnection provider, NRC, and financing.
• Ensures timely access for meteorological tower data; resolves site crossings.
• Delivers land deliverables at each gate and tracks footprint sufficiency.
• Leads use of GIS, NOS, and AI for land research and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in land acquisition for large energy projects.
• Proven ownership of multi-parcel land assemblages from ID to closing.
• Knowledge of title examination, curative work, mineral severance, easements.
• Experience negotiating with public agencies and infrastructure owners.
• Preferred: NRC-licensed facility experience and 10 CFR Part 100 familiarity.
