Land Stewardship Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee conservation agreements, stewardship projects, and land management practices to support
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve stewardship outcomes and program
• Develop policies and processes for land stewardship and risk management.
• Ensure alignment of land uses with conservation objectives and external program requirements.
• Support annual reporting and monitor program outcomes using KPIs.
• Build relationships with external partners to promote conservation practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary or graduate degree in ecology, conservation biology, environmental studies, or
• Minimum 5 years of experience in conservation, land management, or environmental stewardship.
• Experience with conservation agreements, land transactions, and related processes.
• Knowledge of land titles, property descriptions, legal agreements, and due diligence.
• Experience managing conservation programs, budgets, and organizational initiatives.
• Strong risk management, data analysis, and decision-making abilities.
