Land Surveyor

📋 Description

• Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
• Operate and maintain total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, and data collectors
• Process and reduce field data; prepare point files and surface data for CAD production
• Research plats, deeds, easements, and county records to support boundary determinations
• Coordinate with CAD technicians to ensure accurate translation of field data
• Lead field crew operations, equipment logistics, and daily mobilization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional field surveying experience
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and electronic data collectors
• Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions, plats, and deed documents
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and terrain
• Indiana Licensed Land Surveyor (LS) or LSIT actively pursuing licensure (preferred)
