Land Surveyor - Team Lead

📋 Description

• Support boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking projects across central Indiana
• Hands-on, field-focused surveying role emphasizing accuracy and craftsmanship
• Collaborate with project managers, CAD staff, and field crews
• Deliver precise field data and survey products from mobilization to final deliverables
• Lead field activities and ensure quality in operations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years professional field surveying experience
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS/GNSS, and data collectors
• Read/interpret legal descriptions, plats, and deed documents
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Indiana LS or LSIT pursuing licensure (preferred)
• Construction staking experience or ability to mentor a crew (preferred)
