📋 Description

• Operate autonomously to provide linguistic QA and develop alignment resources.
• Annotate, review, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and naturalness.
• Act as primary quality check to identify and correct cultural issues in Norwegian.
• Analyze task quality trends; develop educational resources and feedback docs.
• Provide native-level language vetting during production scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in linguistics, education, or fields demanding linguistic detail.
• Experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Norwegian proficiency at C1 or C2.
• Ability to transform feedback into structured educational resources.
• Meticulous language skills; spot and fix subtle phrasing in Norwegian.
