📋 Description

• Own language end-to-end tasks for English in voice AI projects.
• Answer questions from annotators about guidelines and edge cases.
• Cascade rubric updates and new feedback to annotators.
• Review annotator audio and ensure ratings align with rubric.
• Prepare written quality assessments with examples and recommendations.
• Update annotation guidelines to cover gaps and edge cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency as spoken in the US.
• Experience with data annotation, transcription, or language QA.
• Strong linguistics foundation with phonetics, prosody, intonation knowledge.
• Excellent written English; all guidelines and reports are in English.
• Ability to write clear, structured instructions and actionable feedback.
• Comfort with data/metrics: inter-rater scores, audits, templates.
