📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial large-loss property claims, from initial
• Coordinate the measurement and evaluation of structural damage, personal property, loss of use
• Conduct thorough claim investigations, including determining the origin and cause of losses and
• Collaborate with management and relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex coverage
• Prepare accurate, code-compliant reconstruction estimates using Xactimate and other appropriate
• Assess construction methods, repair requirements, permitting considerations, and reconstruction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 8-10 years of overall claims experience, including substantial experience in both field and desk
• 5-10 years of direct experience handling large-loss property claims.
• Extensive expertise in personal property losses, additional living expense claims, and complex
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, including permitting, reconstruction, repair techniques
• Proven ability to prepare accurate, code-compliant reconstruction estimates using Xactimate or
