Laser Production Technician (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Build electrical sub-assemblies per instructions.
• Perform optic assembly: epoxy, UV curing, oven curing.
• Fiber optic splicing and routing.
• Operate automated equipment with engineering guidance.
• Maintain/calibrate lab equipment; track calibration schedules.
• Work in a clean room; perform test setups; manage priorities to meet deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of hands-on work experience.
• 2+ years in electro-mechanical or precision/high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience setting up and running tests/experiments.
• Associate degree.
• Ability to read and interpret layouts, drawings, and schematics.
