  • Own end-to-end month-end close for US, GR, BR.
  • Consolidations and US GAAP reporting.
  • Manage three outsourced accounting teams.
  • Ensure accuracy of intercompany eliminations and translations.
  • Deliver close within timelines with full documentation.
  • Lead junior FinOps and collaborate across geos.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including consolidations.
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge (hands-on).
  • Experience managing outsourced accounting teams.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Hands-on mentality; multi-entity, multi-currency.
  • ERP systems and Excel/Google Sheets advanced.
  • Nice-to-have: CPA/local cert; NetSuite/QuickBooks/Xero; Portuguese/Spanish.
