• Lead and grow a high-performing team of Solution Consultants, focused on CRM and Industry workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing Solution Consulting/Presales teams in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of AI, CRM, Customer Service — ideally across Financial Services or
• Demonstrated ability to influence in a matrix environment, working across Sales, Product, and
• Comfort operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Track record of building high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
