LATAM Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across LATAM markets
• Manage the monthly organic social media content calendar, incorporating regional events, cultural
• Monitor trends, current events, and conversations in the social media landscape to identify
• Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and content that connect with local audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams — including PR/Communications, Performance Marketing, Analytics
• Assist with media planning and buying activities, including supporting media negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, advertising, or content — whether from an
• Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Meltwater, Hootsuite, or Sprinklr) and
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and
• An analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and using it to identify opportunities and
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
• Cultural curiosity and awareness, particularly of Latin American markets, travel behavior, and
