LATAM Payments Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end payment processes (deposits, withdrawals, refunds)
• Collaborate with local payment providers and banks to ensure service quality
• Monitor transactions in real time for suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Optimize payment workflows to speed up processing and reduce costs
• Analyze customer payment behavior to propose new methods or improvements
• Lead operational improvements with new workflows and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in payment or financial operations in fintech or ecommerce
• Fluent in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong advantage
• In-depth understanding of payment systems and funds flows
• Experience with payment gateways and PSPs; transaction monitoring a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and actionable insights
