LATAM QA Analyst

📋 Description

• Deliver complex stories by end of sprint.
• Collaborate in Agile delivery; mentor peers and raise blockers.
• Perform functional, regression, edge case testing; basic API testing.
• Write detailed test cases, testing reports, and robust plans.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on testing techniques.
• Present test plans and sprint status to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Manual testing
• Postman
• Azure DevOps (ADO) test management
• AI assisted testing knowledge (Claude Code Cursor CoPilot) nice to have
• 3-5 years QA experience; web and mobile apps
• Client leadership: collaboration in sprint planning
