Late-Stage LNP Process Development Scientist

📋 Description

• Join a team conducting laboratory studies to support process development, scale-up, and
• Support refinement of process control and improve understanding for programs at various stages of
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish science-based manufacturing solutions for complex
• Carry out routine process development and characterization activities for the LNP manufacturing
• Perform in-process analytics including DLS, Ribogreen UV quantification, pH, and osmolality.
• Document experiments and results, and present findings within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in chemical/biomedical engineering, chemistry, or biological sciences (or related field) with
• Proficiency in bench-scale manufacturing of LNPs focusing on mixing and tangential flow filtration
• Experience with nucleic acid process development (T-mixing and TFF preferred).
• Experience with DLS and in-process osmolality monitoring.
• Experience with ELN systems such as Benchling; experience with SOPs, reports, and protocols.
• Ability to follow SOPs, meet timelines, and deliver results with strong writing and communication
