Launch Coordinator

📋 Description

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain product launch plans in collaboration with Product Management
• Serve as a central point of contact for launch readiness, ensuring alignment across departments
• Ensure Sales, Implementation, Service, and Support teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources
• Coordinate the creation of training materials, frequently asked questions, internal playbooks
• Monitor launch milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines; lead regular launch meetings
• Identify potential risks affecting project scope, timelines, quality, or readiness, and collaborate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise software development, the IT industry, or a related
• Demonstrated experience coordinating small to medium-sized projects, tracking milestones, managing
• Strong understanding of risk identification, issue resolution, quality standards, and mitigation
• Experience working with multiple departments and stakeholders to coordinate initiatives
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
