Launch Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the development of a timeline for the implementation of the process and Deliverables/key
• Coordinate the new process development and efficiency during the Launch and 30 days after the SOP
• Support the definition of the Direct Labor “needed to run” for each of the new processes in the
• Coordinate the definition of the cycle times for each operation of the new processes and maintain
• Assist in developing the Standard Work for the new processes that allow us to achieve our targeted
• Participate in the development and maintenance of PFMEAs for each of the new processes and support

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• At least 5 yrs of experience in projects
• At least 3 yrs of experience in process or manufacturing areas
• At least 3 yrs of experience as a Leader in the manufacturing industry
• Bilingual in English 90%

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $110,000 - $115,000
