Launch Fluids Engineer I

📋 Description

• Design, fabricate, operate and maintain launch pad and support facilities for Terran R
• Design launch pad propellant and gas infrastructure, including fluid system design, modeling, pipe
• Supervise construction activation, commissioning, and initial operations of these facilities
• Address technically challenging problems across multiple disciplines under programmatic pressure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
• Experience in thermal and fluid analyses
• General experience with fluid components such as valves, regulators, instrumentation
• Experience operating complex fluid systems, high pressure gas, cryogenic fluids, flammable
• Knowledge of launch vehicle ground support equipment and operations (cryogenic tanks, pumps
• Fundamental understanding with ANSYS and piping analysis tools (Caesar, Bentley Autopipe, etc.)
