Launch Integration Engineer I

📋 Description

• Support vehicle processing and checkouts at the launch site from receipt to launch.
• Develop and update build flows, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Provide hands-on floor support during build, troubleshoot with technicians.
• Coordinate with design, supply chain, production for readiness and handoffs.
• Contribute to manufacturing system improvements and production docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience building/testing hardware (internships, labs, manufacturing).
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, hardware checkout, testing.
• Experience using technical drawings, CAD, work instructions, test docs.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical/hardware issues and document findings.
• Collaborative experience with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
