Launch Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee 15-20 client implementation projects end-to-end.
• Act as consultant, config expert, and PM with cross-functional teams.
• Translate deployment into ROI and present to executives.
• Build and maintain project schedules, plans, and RAID logs.
• Manage expectations, flag issues, and escalate blockers.
• Train client admins on platform configuration and enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing SaaS or Enterprise implementations.
• Understanding APIs, HTML, and network security.
• Hands-on configuration of apps/platforms (e.g., Drupal, CRM).
• Coordinate multiple client-facing projects concurrently.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development/Engineering.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
