Launch Producer

📋 Description

• Build close working relationships with Researchers and various technical product partners.
• Partner with Research, Product, Product Marketing, Communications, and Creative leads to turn
• Own work from creative development through final handoff, setting milestones and owners, tracking
• Produce integrated launch assets across design, motion, film, demos, web, and social, including
• Manage production resources and external partners, including scopes, estimates, budgets, and vendor
• Lead reviews with Research and technical, legal, policy, and creative owners from early input

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience producing complex creative work for technology or research-driven launches
• Deep technical curiosity and a hands-on drive to understand Research, learn as the technology
• Fluent and confident with AI tools and workflows, using them hands-on in creative production, with
• Understanding of design, motion, film, and digital production well enough to scope the work
• Comfort managing production partners, budgets, schedules, reviews, and delivery requirements across
• Clear communication and ability to build trust across disciplines; incorporate feedback, challenge
