📋 Description

• Onboard caregivers and patients in new states without oversight
• Document onboarding status and track progress across cases
• Train incoming staff and share best practices
• Lead intake processes and move patients/caregivers to care
• Serve as subject matter expert for Intake across states
• Pilot and refine engagement and intake processes in new markets

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a consumer-facing role with high call volumes
• Examples of identifying process improvements
• Strong HIPAA awareness and healthcare regulatory knowledge
• Experience with Salesforce and TalkDesk systems
• Proactive, autonomous work style with drive to optimize
• Excellent relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
