📋 Description

• Implement standardized Intake processes in new states.
• Document onboarding steps and train incoming staff.
• Lead onboarding activities for Patients and Caregivers.
• Support launches and ensure smooth deployment in new markets.
• Act as subject matter expert for Intake.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a consumer-facing role with high call volumes.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and healthcare regulatory awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong prioritization.
• Ability to adapt to multiple states in a fast-paced environment.
