📋 Description

• Onboard caregivers and patients with minimal supervision
• Document onboarding steps and track status across states
• Follow up with patients and caregivers in a timely manner
• Use Salesforce and TalkDesk for documentation and workflows
• Pilot and refine onboarding processes for new markets
• Collaborate with Launch team to ensure smooth launches

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a consumer-facing role with high call volumes
• Examples of identifying process enhancements and improvements
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy rules
• Proactive, self-motivated with autonomous work style
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders quickly
• Experience documenting processes and using CRM tools (Salesforce) and communication tools (TalkDesk)
• Time and priority management across multiple tasks
