📋 Description

• Conduct legal research to support motions and briefs
• Draft complaints, briefs, and discovery or dispositive motions
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
• Take ownership of assigned workload
• Bring positivity to the workplace
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in civil litigation
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good standing with the California State Bar
