Conduct legal research to support drafting motions, briefs, and other documents
Draft complaints, meet-and-confer letters, briefs, discovery and dispositive motions
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategies
Own assigned workload and meet deadlines
Maintain a positive workplace attitude
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

1+ years’ experience in civil litigation
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
