📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and
• Help build and improve contract review processes, including the use of AI tools to speed things up
• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of CompanyCam's privacy and cybersecurity
• Research privacy and cybersecurity compliance topics to help strengthen those programs

🎯 Requirements

• 1L or 2L student currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor program
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within the legal team and with stakeholders across
• Business-minded judgment with the ability to evaluate legal risk and understand commercial
• Strong legal research ability
• Ability to take ownership of and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to learn, take on new projects, and seek feedback
