📋 Description

• Develop and advance strategic law enforcement relationships in Nevada; support global outreach as needed.
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement, including the Nevada Attorney General’s Office.
• Plan and deliver Roblox safety education for law enforcement and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and advise on Nevada law enforcement developments affecting Roblox.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address law enforcement emergencies and platform safety escalations.
• Forge subject-matter expertise of Roblox safety practices to identify and implement safety enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or an adjacent field.
• Strong knowledge of Nevada law enforcement and online safety policy trends.
• Public speaking, travel readiness, relationship-building, and self-starting work style.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Agility to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple high-profile initiatives.
• Unwavering integrity and grit.
