📋 Description

• Build scaled post-sign partnerships for law schools globally.
• Partner with Legal Engineers and Law School Managers to improve programs.
• Own portfolio-wide reporting on usage, activation, and health.
• Lead product training and demos across the law school portfolio.
• Maintain the law school CRM across geographies.
• Lead end-of-term recap cycles with internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CS, account or program management in SaaS/legal tech.
• Founding CSM; player-coach and team growth.
• Strong trainer/presenter; can run trainings and demos.
• Legal context is a plus; JD not required.
• Experience building scaled/tech-touch CS programs.
• Clear, proactive communicator across time zones.
