LBA Automation Scientist II

📋 Description

• Design and execute pre-clinical (rodent, NHP) bioanalytical studies using newly developed or
• Serve as an automation SME for the lab and set up automated assay strategies for large molecule
• Effectively and clearly communicate assay plans, timelines, results, and data interpretations with
• Train and mentor junior scientists on LBA protocols using automation.
• Archive data in ELN and LIMS systems.
• Write and update experimental protocols and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, chemistry, or pharmacology with 7+ years industry experience or
• Previous experience conducting PK/PD/TK bioanalysis on antibodies, bi/multi-specifics and/or ADCs
• Highly motivated, reliable, and independent contributor with attention to detail and
• Experience with assay development and troubleshooting using ligand binding workflows (ELISA, MSD)
• Team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data analysis software, including LIMS systems.
