LC-MS/MS and Proteomics Analytical Scientist

📋 Description

• Utilize LC-MS/MS methods to quantify proteins and other analytes in biological matrices, including
• Implement automated high-throughput sample processing using liquid-handling systems.
• Conduct routine MS-based and non-MS-based experiments to support discovery, LNP formulation
• Troubleshoot and optimize analytical assays and laboratory workflows with minimal supervision.
• Execute experiments, organize, analyze and interpret data, maintain accurate documentation in
• Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures, safety requirements, SOPs, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 1+ years of relevant industry
• Experience or familiarity with HPLC, LC-MS/MS, proteomics workflows, and automated liquid-handling
• Experience with quantitative proteomics workflows, including sample preparation (including plasma
• Demonstrated hands-on laboratory experience including pipetting, liquid handling, sample
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical
