📋 Description

• Act as primary finance partner for global operations leaders, guiding priorities.
• Lead financial planning and performance: monthly close, forecasting, margin analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership.
• 5+ years leading global teams.
• Experience supporting global operations, manufacturing, or matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of P&L, gross margin, productivity, inventory, and capital allocation.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, reporting automation, and digital finance tools.
