Lead 2D Artist

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day 2D/motion production stream, priorities, blockers, and timelines.
• Provide regular feedback to help artists grow.
• Define workflows, naming conventions, and file structures; document onboarding.
• Collaborate with Creative Agency Lead to monitor workload and risks.
• Lead production on high-priority assets; expert design and motion.
• Ensure visuals align with brand, hierarchy, typography, and readability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in graphic design, motion design, illustration, or marketing art production.
• 3+ years in Lead/Senior roles guiding teams of 5–10.
• Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Visual design mastery: typography, layout, color theory; timing.
• Project management with Airtable or Jira; solid production workflows.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating 2D design and motion.
