Lead, Account Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the Account Operations team to improve systems and processes.
• Recover funds from negative balances and manage complex issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Mentor and develop staff; hire, train, onboard as needed.
• Plan and monitor long-term projects, budgets, and timelines.
• Escalate and resolve Account Operations issues across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a support role or 3+ years in Account Operations.
• 1-2 years of people management or coaching interns/temporary staff.
• Proven ability to improve processes and run cross-functional projects.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar ticketing systems and CS metrics.
• Strong reliability, ownership, and follow-through.
• Commitment to ongoing self-reflection and inclusive practice.
