Lead Accountant

📋 Description

• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries
• Manage intercompany transactions, subsidiary funding requests, and related compliance requirements
• Support audits and financial reporting requirements while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that strengthen controls
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, and other teams to resolve accounting issues

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial close processes, intercompany accounting, and
• Experience managing complex reconciliations, audit requests, and accounting documentation across
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of financial data.
