Lead Accountant, France & Accounting Integration

📋 Description

• Supervise and lead the accounting of French ticketing entity, including monthly, quarterly, and
• Deliver the Group reporting package on time, prepare statutory accounts under French GAAP and
• Act as main point of contact for statutory auditors (CAC) and Group auditors, preparing audit files
• Be the main point of contact with external advisors for tax and compliance coordination, providing
• Provide analysis to management, ensuring consistency between the ledger and the management accounts
• Execute acquisition analysis, map acquired entities' charts of accounts to Group standards

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; DSCG / DEC (or equivalent) is valuable
• 5-7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Big Four firm (audit or transaction
• Hands-on experience with French statutory closings and audits
• Strong command of French GAAP and IFRS, including business combinations and purchase price
• Experience with chart of accounts mapping and group reporting
• Native or bilingual French and professional English; Spanish is a plus
