Lead Accountant - Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Interpret and apply US GAAP and SEC regulations for reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and reviews.
• Research complex transactions; draft accounting memos.
• Support M&A activity including due diligence and purchase price accounting.
• Stay up to date with emerging accounting pronouncements and trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• CPA certification.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, with public accounting or financial reporting preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX controls.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex spreadsheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
