📋 Description

• Build self-service data tools for non-technical teams to run analyses.
• Craft dashboards and narratives to surface insights to executives.
• Ensure fraud/safety metrics are scalable with governance and monitoring.
• Own launch criteria for experiments and decision thresholds.
• Support audits and board reporting with rigorous data.
• Operationalize frameworks to size impact of incidents and enable learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, fraud, safety, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Proven ownership of large-scale data products or taxonomies.
• Strong SQL and data-modeling; Python/R; ML pipelines.
• Experience designing experiments and causal inference methods.
• Deep understanding of measuring rare events; prevalence, sampling, power.
• Familiarity with account integrity signals (social logins, device fingerprinting).
