Lead Advanced Analytics, Guest Product

📋 Description

• Work with large data sets to solve problems with analytics.
• Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, marketing, ops for insights.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments; apply causal methods when needed.
• Design and build metrics to monitor product and business performance.
• Build reporting tools and present findings to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a quantitative field; Masters/PhD a plus.
• Experience in advanced analytics or product data science.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience partnering with product teams on analytics and experimental design.
• Strong Python or R and SQL skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics (Claude, ChatGPT).
