📋 Description

• Serve as the primary data thought partner to product and business leaders across Community Support.
• Drive day-to-day product analytics and create scalable data tools and frameworks.
• Build and scale analytical capabilities with ML infrastructure across teams.
• Champion AI-first analytics; explore LLMs, AutoML, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Understand how guests and hosts interact with Community Support to manage risk and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering analytical rigor and curiosity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in quantitative roles; advanced degree is a plus.
• Expert-level SQL; ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation.
• Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn); end-to-end analytics models.
• A/B testing and multivariate testing; power analysis and design.
• ML/AI proficiency including LLMs; responsible AI and GDPR/CCPA awareness.
• Forecasting and advanced econometric modeling.
• Visualization: Tableau/Power BI; executive dashboards and storytelling.
• Data foundations: Presto, Hive, Spark; scalable data models.
