Lead AI Consultant (Field)

📋 Description

• Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance
• Design and build operational solutions to drive value and adoption
• Partner with Account Teams in pre-sales to shape services solutions
• Conduct business discovery workshops and define project scope

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting
• Consulting pre-sales experience
• PQL/SQL/Python technical capability
• Experience with IT/SAP transformations and process optimization
• AI fluency with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics
