📋 Description

• Lead AI model training and optimization for document intelligence and extraction.
• Build training pipelines, datasets, and evaluation frameworks for scalable models.
• Optimize SLMs, FastText, and LLM workflows for compliant extraction.
• Establish domain intel frameworks for GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 and related requirements.
• Define model quality metrics and validation approaches for accuracy and explainability.
• Analyze production behavior and drive continuous improvement with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with NLP, document intelligence, info retrieval, or ML systems.
• Experience training, evaluating, or optimizing ML models (classification, extraction, retrieval, LLM).
• Strong Python skills with ML frameworks and data processing pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, AI lifecycle automation, or model deployment.
• Understanding of transformer models, embeddings, SLMs, LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering.
• Experience with data quality, testing, validation, or model performance metrics.
